Non-reimbursable Space Act Agreement (NRSAA)

- On May 27, 2015, Xtraordinary Innovative Space Partnerships, Inc (XISP-Inc) and Ames Research Center (ARC, NASA) executed a Non-Reimbursable Space Act Agreement (Agreement). I participated in its development. It focuses on the enhancement of integrated end-to-end mission operations control applications for technology development research. The partners will develop/demonstrate Ames Mission Control Technologies software (MCT Open Desk Top and Open MCT Web) as an extensible tool set for potential technology development. They anticipate that the MTC toolkit/development environment software can be leveraged to accelerate development, facilitate required interface management (machine-machine, human-machine), and streamline the path to use in an initial space-to-space power beaming project as well as other mission enhancing and mission enabling applications.

- The development, and implementation of the NRSAA is a joint venture project with XISP-Inc, Barnhard Associates, LLC (BALLC) and a number of other interested parties.

Space-to-space & Space-to-surface power beaming technology

- The technical assertion has been made that space-to-space and space-to-Near Earth Object (NEO) surface power beaming technology (a.k.a. Space Based Solar Power (SBSP)) can be readily matured to support both mission enhancing and mission enabling applications. However, no clear engineering articulation exists that establishes the efficacy of the assertion at a level that supports actual application. The development, marketing, and infusion of the SBSP technology for space-to-space and space-to-NEO applications is a prospective joint venture project with Barnhard Associates, LLC (BALLC) and a number of other interested parties.
